About Our Community
Vegas Social & Adventure Network is a Las Vegas-based social community that brings adults together through sports, outdoor activities, dining, entertainment, travel, social gatherings, and other shared experiences.
Joining the community is free. Some activities require event fees, tickets, reservations, equipment rentals, venue charges, or other expenses.
Event schedules, locations, capacities, prices, eligibility requirements, and availability are subject to change.
Events & Registration
Joining VSAN or one of our community groups does not automatically reserve a space at an event.
Individual events may require an RSVP form, poll, payment, confirmation, or other registration process.
Some events may have limited capacity, eligibility requirements, registration deadlines, or separate cancellation policies.
Participants are responsible for reviewing the information provided for each event before registering or attending.
Membership & Event Pricing
Participants may pay for eligible activities individually or choose an optional monthly community membership.
WhatsApp Community members may receive discounted pricing on eligible community-organized events, and Founding Members may receive additional discounts.
Monthly membership applies only to eligible activities. Tickets, restaurants, travel, admissions, rentals, facility charges, vendor costs, and other third-party expenses may be separate.
Pricing and membership benefits are subject to change. The information provided for an individual event will determine the applicable price and requirements for that event.
Participation & Personal Responsibility
Participation in community activities is voluntary.
Activities such as sports, hiking, outdoor recreation, travel, and other experiences may involve inherent risks. Participants are responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for their health, abilities, experience, and skill level.
Participants are responsible for following event instructions, venue rules, and reasonable safety requirements.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation.
Community Conduct
Participants are expected to treat community members, organizers, hosts, venue employees, and others respectfully.
VSAN reserves the right to restrict or remove participation when reasonably necessary because of unsafe, disruptive, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior or repeated failure to follow community or event requirements.
Some groups or events may have additional participation, skill, attendance, age, privacy, or approval requirements.
Third-Party Venues & Services
Many VSAN activities involve independent venues, restaurants, parks, entertainment providers, ticketing services, travel providers, and other third parties.
These providers may have their own prices, rules, waivers, refund policies, and terms.
VSAN is not responsible for the acts, services, policies, availability, or operations of independent third parties.
Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but information may change.
We do not guarantee that all website information is complete, current, or error-free.
The most recent event announcement or communication from VSAN should be followed when it differs from older website information.
Forms & Communications
